For millions of years, evolution has shown us that further development is an important principle of survival. That not everyone has to be equally “good” at everything, but that diversification and combination produce the best results.

So if we as people / teams / companies / society are worried today about being replaced by the next digital transformation, then we should simply ask ourselves the question ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜€ ๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ด ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐˜ and what cannot be done by an AI.

Here we quickly come to the realization that these are, for example, “๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ฒ, ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐˜‚๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป / ๐—˜๐—ฟ๐—ณ๐—ฎ๐—ต๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ž๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ฎฬˆ๐˜”. Despite all the hype surrounding the new technologies, they are “just” tools. Crazy, powerful, insanely great tools, but just tools. The decisive factor is what we humans do with them.
